We want you to be fully satisfied with your merchandise; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and digital downloads are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, including all packaging and tags, and that the order was received within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items and include a note with your RMA number inside the package to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email; keep your tracking number until the refund is issued.
