When will my order ship?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened, non-defective vinyl and CDs cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What should I do if my vinyl arrived damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our support team with photos of the damage and your order number for a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly through our fulfillment center. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
